Well Woman Health ScreenHaving a regular Well Woman Screen is an important lifestyle decision for any woman.  The doctors at MediClinic will help you identify aspects of your lifestyle that may be putting your health at risk.  This Well Woman Screen is especially developed to focus on the most important areas of female health.

We offer a discreet and private service, whether you are looking for a full assesment, or a consultation and a Pap or Cervical Smear only.

 

The Cervical Smear Screen (£120) includes:

  1. Consultation and discussion
  2. Cervical Smear only 

The Well Woman Screen (£220) includes:

  1. Questionnaire and discussion of medical history
  2. Physical examination of axillary lymph nodes, breasts, abdomen and pelvic examination.
  3. Weight and height assessment with a Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation
  4. Special investigations:
    A. Blood Tests:
        Full blood count
        ESR
        Total cholestrol profile
    B. Urine Analysis
  5. Cervical smear
  6. Medical report

Additional tests can be added to the Well Woman Screen should you have specific concerns.  These are prices separately and could include the following:

  1. Mammogram, breast ultrasound or chest X-rays
  2. Cervical Chlamydia swab
  3. Thyroid function test (TFT)
  4. Laboratory urine investigations
  5. HPV testing
  6. HIV and STD testing
