Occupational Health can have a fundamental role in supporting Managers and Human Resource Professionals to effectively manage employees back to work as quickly and as efficiently as is possible. Individual employees may be referred by management for occupational medical advice after prolonged or frequent sickness absence, or after accidents when the processes of rehabilitation and resettlement become necessary.
