Psychological Assessments Psychological assessments are provided for individuals who have been identified as experiencing occupational and life related stress, particularly in relation to absenteeism, sickness and decreased motivation levels at work. Following an assessment, a treatment plan is drawn up to support the person in developing coping strategies to return to work . This treatment plan includes a course of short term counseling that is dependant on the presenting problem.
