The pre-employment medical assessment can either take the form of a paper based pre employment medical questionnaire that is completed by the prospective employee and reviewed by our practitioner, or a 1-to-1 medical assessment with our practitioner at either of our private clinics in Guildford (Surrey) or Wimbledon (SW London).
