For an annual individual membership fee of £195 (see below for family membership fees) the MediClinic Personal HealthCare Plan offers you:

• Doctor/ nurse consultations at £25 for standard 20 minute consultation and £40 for consultations up to 40 minutes/ Saturday morning consultations
• Nutritional consultations at £55 for a full consultation and £40 for follow up consultations
• Speedy access to clinical appointments and referrals to consultants
• An annual Lifestyle Questionnaire and Report
• No charge for prescriptions and referral letters
• Travel Health Advice
• A Seasonal Flu Vaccination, subject to availability
• Medical insurance claim form completion

Family membership annual fee is a total of £350 for the first two family members, and £145 for each additional family member thereafter.
